Duncan House

We feel privileged we have been able to purchase our holiday house due to the extremely generous legacy gifted to us by our friend, the late Gwynn Duncan. We know that Gwynn would be very happy that we have used her legacy to purchase a holiday home as her family's life revolved around their Pauanui holiday home and the beach.

The address of the house is 15 Arkles Strand, Arkles Bay, Whangaparaoa (on the waterfront!).

In gratitude to the memory of Gwynn and Ian, we named the property 'Duncan House'.
