Cornwall Park Lodge, Greenlane
The Cornwall Park Avenue (CPA) complex, opened in 1998, offers
twenty four hour support for twelve permanent residents. The
individual flats/units provide an ideal environment to promote
and focus on Ranfurly’s ‘living skills’ programme
designed to teach and encourage personal growth, confidence
and independence.
All residents are assisted by daily individual staff support
in all aspects of household management including, menu planning,
budgeting, shopping, cooking, cleaning, laundry and personal
care etc.
Saturday evenings, residents are invited to share a traditional
roast meal and a fun evening with games, music and socialising.
There are also many other occasions such as, birthdays, discos,
outings etc, providing the opportunity to meet for shared
celebrations and activities.
The weekdays are spent either at work or at their choice
of a Community Participation Day Programme.
